MEMBERSHIP, from Heather Harris
I produce a new form each year to be uploaded to the website in time for renewals which start officially in July at the AGM, although members do renew from June.
I keep a list of current members, with all contact details, and receive payments for the Treasurer. Each member has a new card each year.
TAM magazine
I also look after subscribers to the u3a Third Age Matters magazine (aka TAM magazine). This is published five times a year, from April/May. The cost is £4.00 for the year.
As I think of items I will let you know but please let me have any queries.
